This project tackles the unique challenges of PP(Polypropylene) meal boxes, such as high grease content and strong odor, through the development of advanced hot washing equipment that effectively removes grease and thoroughly eliminates odors. Our equipment is characterized by high production efficiency, low energy consumption, user-friendly and stable operation, and a supporting process designed to minimizes dust generation. It has been successfully implemented at multiple customer sites. The produced pellets have a wide range of applications and high market recycling value.
