The hot runner of bottle cap mould adopts a PE (polyethene) hot runner design without a gate, which is commonly used in foreign countries, a spring-type electric heating ring plus beryllium copper tube for internal heating, and the hot runner nozzle controls the temperature individually, and the mould produces under automatic conditions without frequent operation of the staff, so as to reduce the labour force of the workers. The key parts of the mould (core, cavity, slider) are made of German mirror antirust steel and heat treated (HRC45) to ensure the service life of the mould and the quality of the bottle.
