The computerized preformer is a plunger type machine, mainly composed of extruder, hydraulic system, vacuum system, water circulation system, electric heating system, pneumatic system and cutting system as well as electric control system:
1) Extruder: It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, barrel, head and so on.
2) Hydraulic device: choose high-pressure gear pump, flow valve, hydraulic cylinder hydraulic oil is controlled by the flow valve, the differential pressure valve before and after throttling is always controlled at a constant value, to ensure accurate control of the weight of the extruded rubber blank.
3) Pneumatic device: used to control the head opening and closing action.
4) Vacuum system: vacuum before extruding and cutting the rubber material, to exclude the air inside the barrel and head and the gas mixed in the rubber material, so as to improve the quality of the vulcanized products in the next process.
