These four products (KS 3108H, KS 3108, KS 3109, and KS 3110) are all modified physical foaming materials primarily based on HDPE resin. They are suitable for gas-injected physical foaming insulation of RF cables, TV cables, and leakage cables.
KS 3108H and KS 3108 are particularly suitable for small coaxial foaming, while KS 3110 is suitable for coaxial foaming with a diameter ≥ 4mm. These materials are all pre-mixed full-formula compositions containing all the necessary components (such as nucleating agents). When extruded at suitable processing temperatures, they can provide the melt with good fluidity, viscoelasticity, and stable processing performance, thereby achieving an optimal foam structure.
Additionally, KS 3108 is also suitable for Category 6A/7/8 network cables and HDMI cables.
