END Series of 62 PET anti-scratch matte oil
This product is ester soluble two component polyurethane surface printing ink, suitable for non-corona treatment PET, NY and other substrates printing.
This product is used for soft packaging bag surface printing matte effect, requires fingerprint imprinting resistance, high wear resistance, scratch resistance, can be used as boiling bag, cooking packaging.
1.Gloss: up to about 4.5, high transparency, fine and smooth;
2.Solid content: 28±2%;
3.Residue: It can be controlled below 2mg of solvent residue;
4.Temperature resistance: Add 5%-7.5% curing agent ENU-09(solid content 60%),can be heat-resistant sealing temperature 220℃, about 3 seconds;
5.Excellent scratch resistance, excellent hand sweat resistance and fingerprint resistance;
6.Stability: the ink does not sink, the film does not yellow, and the ink is heat resistant and frost resistant.
