To research and develop bi-injection 4 station rotary mold, Push adopted the leading bi-injection moulding technique,due to the unique appearance feature, push designed 4 independent sliders with cooling function on the fixed mold side, with innovative designing of moving half ejection structure. Comparing with traditional mold, the weight of moving half half side have reduced 30%, the stability and reliability of cube mold during the process of rotating is improved a lot, meanwhile, the complete cycle time is reduced to 11.2 seconds. This system is applied in the caps for packaging of health care products, injected by PP and TPE in different color, with unique appearance that adopts special inverted conical stripe design. With innovative designing scheme, the system perfectly meet all requirements of caps, significantly improved the sealing and anti-counterfeiting function performance, provided high quality experience to customers.
