ZB 20 is processing aid made from acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization.
It is mainly used to improve processibility, promote fusion, drop process temperature, improve surface quality of the finished product.
It is amorphous white powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in water and alcohol.
Application
To be used in thin film, sheet, pelletization, window profile, etc.
It is very fit for high transparent product and comprehensive window profile.
