It can withstand the flame of the 1000℃ spray gun and continuously burn the 1.2mm thickness for sixty minutes;During the test process,the flame not only doesnt penetrate to the back of the plate,but the temperature on the back of the whole process is much lower than the temperature of the flame itself ,which can provide protective materials for power battery and better protect the personnel in the vehicle in extreme failure conditions.The GP50VLX plate is reinforced with continuous glass fiber,the glass fiber is fully infiltrated by resin,and the internal glass fiber is completely continuous and forms an orthogonal glass fiber network structure,which can effectively disperse and transmit stress when the battery cover is subjected to external impact,and improve the bearing capacity and service life of the battery cover.
