BioBlend XD and XP High Performance Biopolymers
BioBlend XD High Durability Resins are blends of plant-based NuPlastiQ with fossil-based resins such as ABS, PP, TPR or HDPE. XD are for durable goods and rigid containers providing improved sustainability with less plastic usage and lower carbon footprint while maintaining durability and other strength characteristics.
BioBlend XP High Performance Resins are created by blending NuPlastiQ with fossil-based resins such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP or PS. XP are designed to provide increased tear, puncture and dart strength to thin films and bags, allowing for significant downgauging with good strength and low plasticity. Applications include bags, stretch film, shrink film and other packaging structures.
