MASIM

MASIM is a MARCHANTE patented technology for simultaneous biaxial stretching of films. It ensures better homogeneity of the molecular arrangement and the final thickness of the film after stretching, thus improving the film's properties for their final application. For example, a high tensile strength lithium battery diaphragm is the only way to ensure the proper charging of electric vehicles and to extend their service life.
The new range of MASIM synchronous stretching machines launched at Chinaplas consists of 2 different product types: the MASIM L model with a chain-clamp system redefined to achieve a stretching ratio of no more than 2; and the MASIM S model with a maximum mechanical synchronous stretching ratio of up to 12. These allow us to implement simultaneous stretching advantages to any kinds of polymers.
