Lubricant Erucamide and Oleamide

Erucamide acts as slip and antiblocking additive. Possesses lower volatility and better high temperature stability than oleamide. All of them allows higher processing temperatures. Reduces friction and adhesion forces between polymer and processing equipment and polymer to polymer surfaces. Imparts fast homogenization when mixed with other additives and/or polymers. Exhibits higher purity and better color stability.
Erucamide and oleamide can be applied in a wide range of thermoplastic polymers. The addition level varies from 0.05 to 0.3% depending on the slip effect needed and the presence of other additives
