Background: "Future Car" & "Premium Design Gallery" Showcase the Future Concept
The organizer has held a concurrent event called "Future Zone" in order to showcase the unlimited creativity on plastics application and give audience a vivid and life experience on this future plastics concept. The "Future Zone" consists of two programs. The first one is called "Nurturing Our Future", which aims at combining plastics and rubber applications, technology, creativity and innovations from experts among industrial, commercial and academic fields into the implementation of a "Future Car".
"Future Car" design contest was held in the East China University of Science and Technology in the end of last year. Through the knowledge sharing by industry experts in the area of plastics, rubber and automotive, mechanics, and the continuous improvement of the automotive design of the 15 participating groups, the judging panel finally selected the champion among the 3 finalists.
