Graphene/PVC composite via in-situ polymerization,GO/PVC, is a new type of resin, it could be directly applied to IC tray, electronic packaging and other conductive and anti-static products. It also could be used for intermediate product for further modification. GO/PVC have been designed for injection moulding and extrusion moulding. Lutai Graphene Polymer Composites R&D Center put additional dispersal device to PVC production plant, getting graphene grafting to the surface of PVC resin. In this way, graphene was disperse on the nanoscopic scale.GO/PVC have better barrier property, higher mechanical performance, higher stability than the modified plastics via melt blending method.
