Invitation Letter for the Application of Travelling Visa (English only)

You may require a travelling visa for entering PR China and have to present an official letter of invitation from the organizer in the scope of the application of visa. Please ensure that all your colleagues and companions have already obtained relevant visa prior to departure.

We assist our visitors in applying for a visa by issuing our company’s invitation letter, and visitors may apply this letter by filling in the application form below. Click here to view the sample of invitation letter. This is the only invitation letter we can provide. If you need the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit", please contact your local travel agent.

Please note:

  • Invitation letter issued by the show organizer is to assist your visa application, and there is no guarantee that the application will be approved. Please approach the Chinese Consulate in your country to confirm if any additional documents or requirements are required.
  • The organizer is unable to send invitation letter to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate Offices.
  • A copy of the passport, business registration, etc., may be required for information verification.
  • The original letter shall be sent to you by post upon request. The mailing date takes around 15 working days, depending on the destination. A courier fee and handling fee of USD 20 in total will be imposed and charged in advance for a request of original copy by courier. The courier fee is subject to change according to the recipient country.
  • The representative of the organizer will not provide a copy of his/her personal identity information with the visa applicants under any circumstances.
  • Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
  • The application fee of the invitation letter issued by our company is USD 10 or RMB 65 per person, and it is non-refundable.
  • All information cannot be amended after the application form is submitted.
