There will be 3,500+ exhibiting companies and more than 180,000 visitors attending this trade fair.
The exhibition is open for trade and business visitors only. General public and visitors aged under 18 will not be allowed for admission.
You can do the pre-registration online on or before May 14, 2019 (10am) to enjoy the early bird privilege (Pre-registration for 4-day Pass costs RMB 50). Otherwise, you can purchase the admission ticket(s) at Ticket Sales Counter and complete the registration form at Visitor Registration Counter with 2 business name cards (1-day Pass costs RMB 50 and 4-day Pass costs RMB 80).

A visitor who successfully pre-registers online will enjoy the following privileges:
- Early bird discount for a 4-Day pass (RMB ¥50 or USD $7.5);
- Can use "MyCHINAPLAS" to bookmark interested exhibitors, add notes and reminders, schedule the visit, and create tailor-made visiting route;
- Automatically enroll into the pre-registration monthly lucky draw.
When a visitor pre-registers for CHINAPLAS2019, the visitor pre-registration account, MyCHINAPLAS, will be created. MyCHINAPLAS is a comprehensive pre-registration management platform which allows the visitor to manage their show visit online.

To further enhance the exhibition's service level and quality, pre-registered attendees will be charged RMB 50 for a four-day pass. We believe that our exhibitors and their advanced technologies, combined with the show's concurrent events and on-site services etc., will bring an extraordinary new experience to the visitor.
A visitor who pre-registers CHINAPLAS 2019 for 4-Day Pass enjoys an early bird discount of RMB 50 or USD 7.5 (Onsite admission fee for the same item is RMB80). All completed payments will not be refunded.
The pre-registration system only supports payment currencies in Renminbi (RMB) and US Dollar (USD).
Visitor's onsite admission ticket:
- RMB 50 for 1-Day Pass
- RMB 80 for 4-Day Pass
Plus need to complete the onsite registration form and wait for the queue at the onsite registration counter for visiting badge redemption.
The desktop pre-registration system only accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChatPay.
Mobile pre-registration system only accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, and Alipay.
WeChat pre-registration system only accepts payment by WeChatPay. WeChat pre-registrant who needs to use other payment channels could press "Other Payment Methods", and then follow the arrow instruction. The payment page will jump out from WeChat to the mobile website payment page, and the visitor can settle the payment by VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, and Alipay.
For a company with 15 or more employees to visit CHINAPLAS 2019, the company can join the delegation program and enjoy VIP service. For more details, the company can visit "Delegation Registration" on our website.
For a company with less than 15 employees to visit CHINAPLAS 2019, the visitor can apply the online pre-registration on our website and use "Register for Colleagues" function to pre-register for a maximum of 5 colleagues per single pre-registration.
Pre-registration Deadline: May 14, 2019, 10am (GMT +8:00)
The deadline for applying for receiving a visitor badge in advance is to pre-register on or before Feb 28, 2019. The visitor should tick the box of "receiving a visitor badge in advance" during pre-registering and will receive a visitor badge in or before Early May.
The visitor could review if the address column on pre-registration confirmation page is filled with correct information to confirm they apply for the service of mailing badge in advance.
US Dollar payment
The visitor can review and revise the receipt information before payment. After pre-registration completed, the visitor can click the "Retrieve Receipt" button in pre-registration confirmation letter or login MyCHINAPLAS account to get the receipt.
After pre-registration completed, the visitor can click the "Retrieve Invoice" button on pre-registration confirmation letter or login MyCHINAPLAS account to apply for an electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao). After the application submitted, the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be issued to the visitor within 60 days. The electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will also be uploaded to MyCHINAPLAS page.
If the payment is settled in US Dollar, it is unable to claim for the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao).
Only limited to Pre-registered Visitor using RMB Payment
Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) is just the same as the hard copy VAT invoice which is recognized by State Admission of Taxation (China). As the trend of digitalization, more and more Chinese enterprises are using electronic invoice instead of hard copy invoice (fapiao). To reimbursement the Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao), the visitor needs to print it out and provide to visitor's account department. CHINAPLAS' Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be sent to visitor's designate email account, and uploaded to MyCHINAPLAS page. For more details, the visitor can ask their account department. VAT Electronic Invoice application deadline: Jun 14, 2019, 5pm (GMT+8:00)
Visitor can use the FreeEntry Code provided by the exhibitors to complete the visitor pre-registration for free.
FreeEntry Code is a code consisted by 9 characters, provided by the exhibitors to invite their customers to visit the show for free.
A MyCHINAPLAS login & password email will be sent to the visitor, and the visitor will also receive a pre-registration email reminder. The visitor can retrieve the pre-registration information by login MyCHINAPLAS via our website or click on the button on payment reminder email. Then, the visitor can settle the payment to complete his/her pre-registration.
A visitor is liable for providing the correct information and reviewing the submitted information. Visitor's pre-registration information should be matched with their name card. The incorrect information may lead visitors being rejected for admission, and visitors will be charged for full admission fee and required for additional registration onsite. The visitor should contact the organizer to correct the information immediately. (For enquiries on pre-registration issue, please contact us via email@example.com on or before May 14, 2019.)
The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or return of visitor badge in the mailing process which is incurred by the incorrect postal code and address information submitted by a visitor.
A visitor only needs to input the FreeEntry Code after completion of all visitor pre-registration details, in the "Settle Admission Fee or Use FreeEntry Code" Page. All visitor pre-registration by using the FreeEntry Code must be completed on or before 14 May 2019 10:00am (GMT + 8:00). Upon completion of the pre-registration process, the visitor will receive a confirmation email sent by the show organizer.
For the pre-registered visitor with pre-sent visitor badge, the visitor can enter the fairground directly by presenting visitor badge.
For Pre-registered visitor without pre-sent visitor badge, the pre-registered visitor can print or show the confirmation letter (either soft copy or hard copy) with 2 name cards at Pre-registered Visitor Counter to redeem for the visitor badge. ONE visitor could only redeem ONE Badge.
For the China visitor, the visitor can choose "Login via SMS" to receive the SMS verification code to login MyCHINAPLAS, and check the confirmation letter.
For the foreign visitor, the visitor can check "forgot password" to receive the MyCHINAPLAS Login & password email. Then, the visitor can log in MyCHINAPLAS to check the confirmation letter.
If a visitor still cannot receive SMS verification code or MyCHINAPLAS Login & password email, the visitor could send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their information on or before May 14, 2019. CHINAPLAS organizer will follow up with the inquiry case as soon as possible.
For the security reasons, the visitor shall not redeem badge(s) for others. Pre-registered visitor is requested to present valid confirmations in person for badge redemption. ONE visitor could only redeem ONE Badge.
The visitor, who was pre-registered by his/her colleague, shall print out his/her pre-registration confirmation for badge redemptions by person.
A visitor shall present visitor badge for admission or valid confirmations for badge redemption onsite. Otherwise, they have to register and pay the admission fee again.
The pre-registration admission fee payment is non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
The pre-registration confirmation letter / visitor badge is not allowed to transfer or resell. Any visitor collects pre-registration confirmation letter / visitor badge through the process of transferring or reselling will be rejected for admission.
