Eisuke Tachikawa has proposed a completely new creativity education called "Evolution Thinking", which is adopted by various brands such as MUJI and Honda. In order to foster change-makers in various sectors of industry, academia, and government, he advocates "Evolution Thinking," which tells the essence of creativity from the natural phenomenon of biological evolution, and continues to work to spread creative education.
He has gone beyond the realms of products, graphics, and architecture to create comprehensive strategies for countless next-generation energy, regional revitalization, and SDG related projects, and led them all to success.
Winner of more than 100 awards worldwide, including the Good Design Gold Award (Japan) and DFA Design for Asia Grand Award (Hong Kong), he has also served as a judge for the Good Design Award, DIA (Design Intelligence Award), DFAA (Design for Asia Award), and WAF (World Architecture Festival). His main projects include OLIVE, Tokyo Bousai, PANDAID, YAMAMOTOYAMA, Yokohama DeNA BayStars, YOXO (Yokohama, Japan), and the concept for the OSAKA, KANSAI EXPO 2025.
He is the writer of "Evolution Thinking" (Ama no Kaze, 2021) which won the YAMAMOTO SHICHIHEI Prize, Japan's leading academic award selected by biologists and economists, and "Design and Innovation - 50 ways to create the future" (Pie International, 2016).

Joined Sony in 1992 and heads the Sony's Design Team as of 2021. Started his career at Sony as an industrial designer and designed products such as Handycam, Walkman®, and AIBO. With working experience in the EU design office, he headed the design team responsible for AI robotics such as the ‘aibo' entertainment robot, the VISION-S prototype vehicle and ‘Airpeak', a project for robotic drones, and other new business development projects and created not only products, but also services, brands, and communications comprehensively. Ishii has also served on the 2016/2021 iF Award jury and 2019 DFA Award.

Prof. Alvin Chen committed as a design missionary who holds a master and bachelor degree from NCKU (Taiwan Region), Industrial Design Department. He often shows his personal perception of society through design practice, with optimistic and positive attitude, keen observation, and a rich sense of life motivation, presenting a diversity and variety of designs. Being a practice designer and a university design instructor, he played an active role in creative design industry, with few hundreds of products he had designed and awarded with lots of merits and accolades internationally, such as iF design award, Reddot award from Germany, A’Design Award from Italy, GMARK from Japan, GoldenPin design award from Taiwan region, etc. Some were among the permanent collection of design museum. He had instructed few hundreds award winning works and projects from students he taught. He also established his own design studio ACDC Creative which focusing in strategic design thinking, product design & planning and branding services, helping many SME companies to upgrade and transform.
