Visitor General FAQ Page

CHINAPLAS 2023 will be held on 17-20 April, 2023 at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center (No.1 Zhancheng Road, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China).

The exhibition will be open at the time slots below during the show period:

There will be 3,900+ exhibitors attending the trade fair.

The exhibition is open for trade and business visitors only. The general public and visitors aged under 18 will not be admitted.
To ensure the safety of all participants to the trade fair, and in accordance with the Chinese government’s policy, real-name authentication is required for all visitors and identity document numbers must be provided for verification. Please present your valid identity document (e.g. Passport / Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents) for admission.

Visitors pre-register online on or before April 11, 2023 17:00 (GMT+8:00) will be able to enjoy an early bird discount on 4-Day Passes for RMB ¥50 or US $7.50. Otherwise, you can purchase the admission ticket at Ticket Sales Counter and complete the registration form at Visitor Registration Counter with 2 business name cards. The cost for 1-day Pass is RMB ¥50 and for 4-day Passes is RMB ¥80.

With a MyChinaplas account registered by visitor pre-registration, you can attend our events & webinars and enjoy our online services, such as bookmarking products or suppliers and submitting sourcing requests for business matching

The pre-registration system only supports payment currencies in the Renminbi (RMB) and US Dollar (USD).

 
The pre-registration on the website only accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChatPay.
 
The pre-registration on WeChat only accepts payment by WeChatPay. WeChat pre-registrants who need to use other payment channels could press “Other Payment Methods”, then you will be redirected to the mobile website to complete your payment.

FreeEntry Code (FE Code) is a code consisted of 9 characters, which the exhibitors use for inviting their customers to visit the show for free.

Visitors can only input the FE Code in the “Settle Admission Fee or Input FE Code” Page after completing the pre-registration form. All pre-registrations with FE Code have to be completed on or before April 11, 2023, 17:00 (GMT+8:00).

Due to identity validation requirements, we have closed the “Pre-register for colleagues” service.

To ensure the safety of all trade fair participants, and in accordance with the Chinese government's policy, real-name authentication is required for all visitors and identity document numbers must be provided for verification. To facilitate the admission for visitors with the PRC Resident Identity Card, we will issue a visitor eBadge to you in advance. Visitor eBadge will be sent to the visitor via SMS and email. You can also retrieve your eBadge through CHINAPLAS WeChat Account, or MyChinaplas. Visitors, who hold foreign passports / Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents / Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, please bring this confirmation letter to the “Visitor Pre-registration Counter” to redeem your visitor badge. During the show period (April 17-20, 2023), please bring along your eBadge or visitor badge for admission.

 
Official Receipt

Once Pre-registration is completed, a pre-registration confirmation letter / eBadge will be sent to the visitor’s registered email, the visitor can retrieve the receipt in the email. Visitors can also log in to MyChinaplas to retrieve the receipt.

 
Chinese Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) – For visitors using RMB payment only.

After pre-registration is completed, the visitor can log in to MyCHINAPLAS to apply for an electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao). After the application is submitted, the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be issued to the visitor within 30 days through email. The electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will also be uploaded to MyCHINAPLAS. If the payment is settled in US Dollars, it is unable to apply for the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao).

Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) is the same as the hard copy VAT invoice which is recognized by State Admission of Taxation (China). To reimburse the Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao), visitors need to print it out and submit it to the relevant department of your company. CHINAPLAS’s Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be sent to the visitor’s registered email and uploaded to MyChinaplas. For details about the reimbursement, visitors may refer to their company’s policy. If there are any questions, please contact us by email: account@bj.adsale.com.hk. The application deadline of the Electronic VAT Invoice: May 11, 2023.

MyChinaplas login & password will be sent to the visitor through email, and the visitor will also receive a pre-registration payment reminder email. The visitor can retrieve the pre-registration information by logging in to MyChinaplas via our website. Then, the visitor can settle the payment to complete his/her pre-registration.

Visitors are liable for providing the correct information and reviewing the information before submission. All provided information should be matched with their identity documents presented onsite. Any incorrect information may lead to being rejected for admission, and the visitor will be charged for full admission fee and required to re-register. The visitor could log in to MyChinaplas to edit the contact information or update the profile details. In case there is any incorrect information, the visitor should contact the organizer to update their information as soon as possible prior to the show. In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone participating in the exhibition, according to the requirements of relevant Chinese authorities, all visitors must be real-name authenticated and checked for health status documents on-site:

 
For visitors who received “Visitor eBadge”:

The Visitor eBadge for admission will be sent to you via SMS. You can also retrieve your eBadge through your CHINAPLAS WeChat Account, or MyChinaplas. According to the new policy of the Chinese government, please present the documents listed below for identity validation, and conduct face recognition when you arrive on-site:

For visitors who received “Visitor Pre-Registration Confirmation Letter”:

You could save the confirmation letter on your mobile phone or print it out. According to the latest policy of the Chinese government, please present the documents listed below for identity validation, and conduct face recognition when you redeem the badge:
1. Identity Document (e.g. Passport / Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents)
2. Visitor Pre-Registration Confirmation Letter
3. Two name cards

Visitors can log in to MyChinaplas to retrieve the Visitor eBadge / Confirmation.

For the Chinese visitor, the visitor can choose “Login via SMS” to receive a SMS verification code to log in to MyChinaplas.

For the foreign visitors, the visitor can choose “Login via email” to receive an email verification code or enter the registered email under “Forgot Password” to receive MyChinaplas Login information through email.

If you still failed to log in to MyChinaplas, please contact us via email at prereg-payment@adsale.com.hk with your registered email and phone number.

To ensure the safety of all trade fair participants, and in accordance with the Chinese government’s policy, real-name authentication is required for all visitors on-site, visitors are not allowed to redeem badge(s) for others. Pre-registered visitors are requested to present valid confirmations in person for badge redemption. Each visitor could only redeem ONE Badge.

A visitor shall present visitor eBadge for admission or a valid confirmation letter for badge redemption onsite. Otherwise, they have to register and pay the admission fee again.

The pre-registration admission fee payment is non-refundable once the transaction is completed. The pre-registration confirmation letter / visitor eBadge is not allowed to transfer or resell. Any visitors who collect a pre-registration confirmation letter / visitor badge through the process of transferring or reselling will be rejected for admission.
