1. These terms control and define the initiatives whereby CPS+ Points Activities (the “campaign”) reward worldwide users.
  2. The participant refers to the MyChinaplas account user or the registered buyer account user on CPS+ eMarketplace.
  3. This campaign is applicable to the insider of the plastics and rubber industries.
  4. The campaign is applicable to the participants from overseas and Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan region, excluding PR China. For excluded participants, please visit the Simplified Chinese page on for the campaign details in your regions.
  5. CPS+ Points (the “points”) mean the scores earned from completing specific actions mentioned on the CPS+ Points page.
  6. The points in your account are valid till May 31 of 2024.
  7. Monthly Ranking is referred to the sequence of the participants' points accumulated in each month. Participants with higher points would be assigned a higher ranking. The monthly ranking will be reset on the first day of each month.
  8. Upon the point calculation, the rank of the participants with the same points will be adjusted according to time stamps when the points are collected by the participants.
  9. The final rankings of the reward participants on shall prevail.
  10. A notification email should be sent to the participant who ranked the 1st in each month within 5 working days of the end of each month. The participant should reply to the email within 5 days to claim their rewards. The reward will be sent out within 5 working days after the confirmation is received.
  11. The rewards shall be void if the participant cannot confirm his / her identity or claim the rewards within a valid period.
  12. The organizer reserves the right to revoke the participant's eligibility for the rewards if the participant provides incomplete and fake personal information.
  13. The physical gift supplies, including phone charging cables, lunch coupons, mini fascia guns, and electric toothbrushes are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  14. The physical gift redemption must be made in person at the Digital Promotion Zone in CHINAPLAS 2024 (April 23-26, 2024).
  15. The gift redeemed cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, other gifts, or services.
  16. Each type of digital coupon can be used at the designated merchant only. Terms and conditions apply to all coupons. Please refer to the merchant for details.
  17. The organizer is not the service provider of the rewards. Any inquiry or complaint in relation to the products, services, and warranty of the rewards should be directed to the relevant service providers. The organizer has no responsibility in relation to the quality of the products and services of the rewards provided, and shall not handle any complaints arising therein.
  18. The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, and change or terminate the campaign without prior notice. In case of a dispute over the program, the decisions of the organizer shall be final and binding.
