Invitation Letter for VISA Application - The 36th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries

All foreign visitors visiting PR China must apply for a visa. Each visitor requires a SEPARATE invitation letter for the VISA application. Please ensure that all your colleagues and companion have already obtained a relevant visa prior to departure.

We assist our visitors in applying for a visa by issuing our company’s invitation letter, and visitors may apply this letter by filling in below application form. Click here to view the sample letter. This is the only invitation letter we can provide. If you need the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit", please contact your local travel agent to assist.

Please note:

Invitation letter issued by the show organizer is to assist your visa application, and there is no guarantee that the application will be approved. Please approach the Chinese Consulate in your country to confirm if any additional documents or requirements are required.
All original letters will be posted by ordinary mail upon request, after confirmation of the soft copy by email. The mailing date takes around 15 working days, depending on the destination. For request of sending the original copy by courier, a courier fee* will be imposed and charged in advance.

Personal identity card copy from the organizer will not be provided to assist the VISA application for any reason.
Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
The application fee for the invitation letter issued by our company is USD 10 per person, and it is non-refundable.
All the information cannot be amended after the application form is submitted.
